
Google Ads Specialist
We’re looking for a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our team. You’ll support the execution of advertising campaigns, working closely with our internal creative, project management, and strategy teams. Your role will focus on optimizing ad performance to achieve business goals and creating seamless digital advertising experiences. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of Google Ads, campaign optimization, and analytical tools, along with an openness to learn and a passion for results-driven advertising.
What you will do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve high ROI and meet business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign growth.
- Create and maintain ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to support campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to the Growth team.
- Support strategic planning and execution of PPC campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to align campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new features in Google Ads and PPC marketing.
- Test, implement, and maintain advanced strategies, such as remarketing and A/B testing.
- Contribute to special projects, such as event promotions and partnership campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Solid understanding of PPC advertising, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Strong skills in analyzing data and presenting actionable insights.
- Experience in creating high-performing ad copies and A/B testing strategies.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO best practices.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Age 20 to 35 years
