We’re looking for a talented Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. You’ll support the execution of data-driven insights, working closely with our internal creative, project management, and strategy teams. Your role will focus on optimizing website performance, tracking user behavior, and providing actionable insights to achieve business goals. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of web analytics tools, data interpretation, and reporting, along with an openness to learn and a passion for driving digital success.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Set up and maintain analytics tracking systems, including Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights for the Growth team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to improve website performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success across web and digital marketing efforts.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
  • Contribute to special projects, such as new website launches and feature optimizations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web analytics and data interpretation with measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in using Google Tag Manager, data visualization tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data and presenting actionable insights.
  • Experience with website performance optimization and user behavior tracking.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO best practices.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Age 20 to 35 years
