We’re looking for a talented Web Developer Expert to join our team. You’ll support the execution of web development projects, working closely with our internal creative, project management, and strategy teams. Your role will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining websites and web applications to achieve seamless user experiences and meet business goals. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of web development principles, programming languages, and frameworks, along with an openness to learn and a passion for delivering high-quality code.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visually appealing and functional web designs.
• Optimize website performance, including speed, scalability, and security.
• Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
• Perform regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code and performance.
• Work with the Growth team to integrate web functionalities that enhance user engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for web development processes and systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Contribute to special projects, such as new feature launches and platform migrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of WordPress development, including themes and plugins, is a plus.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Age 20 to 35 years
